Construction of the VIP Sky Mobile Home is based on the Flat Floor version, which gives it a modern appearance and ensures easy access. Moreover, we offer the possibility to convert it into a mobile version with wheels, increasing its functionality and enabling free travel.
The insulation in the VIP Sky Mobile Home consists of 20 cm mineral wool, placed in the floor, roof, and walls, guaranteeing excellent thermal properties (λD = 0.035 W/mK). As a result, residents can enjoy a comfortable indoor temperature throughout the year.
Regarding windows, the VIP Sky Mobile Home is equipped with a triple-glazed package, with an elegant black veneer exterior and a large glazed storefront. The sliding patio door adds spaciousness and facilitates access to the terrace, making it perfect for summer evenings.
The facade of the Mobile Home is equally impressive. The walls are finished with an elegant Fronto lamella panel and Vinylit, giving the home a modern look. KNAUF mineral wool 20 cm thick, λD = 0.035 W/mK, used in the floor, roof and walls. In addition, the mobile home uses damp proofing, a vapour barrier and a wind barrier in the walls, roof and floor.

Heating and air conditioning
Electric underfloor heating throughout the house is controlled via a mobile app or thermostats installed in each room. The 80 W/m² heating mats used are suitably adapted to the requirements of mobile construction.
In addition, there is a 3.2 kW air-conditioning unit with heating function in the mobile home. In summer, the unit cools the interior of the house, and in winter it works perfectly with the underfloor heating to provide efficient heating of the entire area.

Construction
Mobile home chassis: available as standard in two versions - with a set of wheels and axles or as a version with a flat floor (Flat Floor). The structure is skeletonised, made of steel with wooden elements and protected against corrosion. The underside of the house is protected with sheet metal. High ceilings throughout the mobile home provide a comfortable space to an ‘All Inclusive’ standard.
