Our offer includes four variants of house finishing. Basic - a house finished and ready for the installation of floor and wall panels, with installations. The walls, ceiling and floor are made of durable OSB board, providing an ideal base for further arrangement.
Comfort - a fully finished house with elegant wall and ceiling panels and a stylish floor. Equipped with modern lighting, air conditioning and a complete, furnished bathroom - ready to move in immediately after adding additional beds.
Premium - a ready-made variant with full equipment. It offers a modern kitchen, furnished rooms and a living room, ensuring comfort at the highest level thanks to carefully selected furniture. A completely finished turnkey house ready to move in immediately.
Additionally, if none of the proposed models meet your expectations, we offer the possibility of an individual design. We will create a house according to your vision and preferences, which will allow for full adaptation of the space to your needs.

What makes us different?
Technology
The house wall structure consists of several key elements. The load-bearing skeleton is formed from steel profiles to which wooden battens are fixed, creating space for the windproofing. The inner layer of the wall contains mineral wool, which provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, and a vapour barrier to protect against moisture penetration. There is a facade panel on the outside and OSB boards on the inside to stabilise the structure. In addition, a 22 mm thick OSB board acts as the base of the floor and a trapezoidal sheet as part of the insulation of the house's foundation against moisture and rodents.

Technologia
Transport
We provide transport anywhere in the world.
Delivery of the house to the customer requires the use of specialised trucks with low-floor trailers. Such transport must be secured by pilot vehicles (civilian pilotage) and, if necessary by prior agreement with the local authorities, escorted by the police.
The implementation of oversize transport requires the preparation of documents and the route in advance.
Thanks to our many years of experience in this field, we are able to confidently say that any house can be transported. In the case of very long distances or other reasons, we organise transport by sea (ship) or air (plane).
