Order process

At the unloading site, a crane with a traverse is required (for the flat floor version). For the mobile version with wheels, a tractor or a backhoe loader is needed to tow the mobile home to the construction site.
The house must be leveled and connected to the utility lines of the property.
You can trust our company with transport, setup, and leveling; we are happy to take care of everything.

Furnishing a house

STEP 7

The finished house leaves the production hall. At this stage, our team focuses on carefully securing it for transport, both inside and out. Now it just needs to be loaded, and under the cover of night, it can be sent off.

The transport companies we work with have, above all, comprehensive insurance, a permit for oversized transports, and a complete set of documents that comply with transport regulations.

STEP 6

Upon receipt of the deposit and acceptance of the specifications by the customer, we will begin implementing the project according to the production schedule.
The waiting time for a completed house is usually about 3 months from the date of order.

House construction

STEP 4

The offer includes houses in basic and luxury versions. For the basic houses, the customer has the choice between a fully equipped or a non-equipped variant.

In addition, one can choose the type of construction, the style of the facade, the heating system, the lighting, and other extras and accessories.

Selection of the model and options

STEP 2

After the completion of the house, the customer will be informed about its quality condition. The acceptance takes place either in person at the company headquarters or based on electronically transmitted photos.

After confirming the quality acceptance and settling the remaining balance, the transport of the house will be organized.

STEP 5

In this phase, the customer receives a conceptual design from us. Additionally, we are happy to offer a 3D visualization of the house as an extended option – this way, you can already see how the finished building will look during the design phase.

After the acceptance of the concept, our architect begins to work on the technical design, which contains all the data required for production.

Upon request, we also create a construction design – both for the application and for the building permit. You can take care of everything with us without having to search for local architects.
