- Access to a private beach: Just 3 meters from the holiday home and terrace is our private beach, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, and playing in the water. It is child-safe, providing parents with peace of mind.
- Fire pit: We have set up a cozy fire pit where you can grill sausages and share stories around the warm fire with family and friends.
- Hot tub: The new hot tub for 8 people is a great attraction that guarantees relaxation outdoors.
- Grill: Guests have access to a charcoal grill, perfect for preparing delicious meals outdoors.
- Children's pool: The accommodation features a specially separated pool designed for the needs of the little ones, ensuring safety and fun in the water.
- Kayak for 2/3 people: Explore the surrounding waters with a kayak equipped with life jackets in various sizes for safety while paddling.
- SUP paddleboard: Try stand-up paddleboarding, a fantastic water activity that is a lot of fun.
In the offer, accommodation in a comfortable large house with the following amenities:
- Bedrooms: Three spacious bedrooms, each with two comfortable hotel beds (160 x 200 cm). The beds are connected and can be configured in various ways, providing full comfort for parents with small children or individuals.
- Living room: Cozy living room with a television, game console, and seating area. The large U-shaped corner sofa with sleeping function accommodates 2-3 people.
- Mezzanine: Functional mezzanine accessible from the living room, accommodating up to 4 people (ideal for children with parents).
- Bathroom: Fully equipped bathroom with shower.
- Kitchen: Modern, fully equipped kitchen – including washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, and kettle.
- Air conditioning and heating: Two separate air conditioning units, one in each module. Underfloor heating in all rooms.
