Mobile home from VIP Mobil House

Chassis of the mobile home: available in two versions as standard – with a set of wheels and axles or as a flat floor version. The construction is a skeleton structure made of steel with wooden elements, protected against corrosion. The underside of the house is protected with metal sheeting. High ceilings throughout the mobile home provide a comfortable space in the "All Inclusive" standard.

Additional Options

We can equip your house with additional materials from our catalog. Our offer includes, among other things, a rotary table that serves as the rotational axis of the chassis, the galvanization of the construction, a modification of the facade, a dishwasher, a washing machine, additional glazing, and many other options. For customers who value documented quality and durability of their house, we offer the TÜV Rheinland certification (European standard EN 1647).

Insulation of a mobile home

KNAUF mineral wool with a thickness of 20 cm, λD = 0.035 W/mK, used for floors, roofs, and walls. Additionally, we use moisture insulation, vapor barriers, and wind insulation in walls, roofs, and floors in mobile homes.

PVC windows with triple glazing (3 panes), installation depth of 80 mm.

Heating and air conditioning

The electric underfloor heating throughout the house is controlled via a mobile app or through thermostats installed in each room. The heating mats used have a power output of 80 W/m² and are specifically tailored to the requirements of mobile construction. Additionally, the mobile house is equipped with an air conditioning unit with a heating capacity of 3.2 kW. In summer, the device cools the interior of the house, while in winter it works perfectly in conjunction with the underfloor heating, ensuring effective heating of the entire area.

Installation of the house

The mobile homes in the all-inclusive version are fully furnished, equipped with materials of the highest quality, and come with household appliances. After delivery to the customer and connection, the house is immediately ready for occupancy.
