How ordering works
Seven stages — from the first phone call, through design and production in our hall, to oversize transport and installation on your plot.
First contact
It starts with a conversation with our sales team — by phone, by e-mail or through the form. We learn what you need, answer your questions and walk you through the options. A partnership from the very first exchange.
Get in touchChoosing the model and options
You choose the base version (BASIC) or one of the luxury fit-outs (STANDARD or PREMIUM), then decide on the structure, cladding style, heating system, lighting and extras. All of it through our visual configurator.
See the modelsDesign
You receive a concept design, and optionally a 3D visualisation so you can see the finished building while it is still on paper. Once you approve it, our architect prepares the technical design, and on request the building design for a notification or a permit.
Building the house
After the deposit and the approved specification we start production to schedule. Every stage — structure, services, finishes — happens under controlled conditions in our production hall. Typical duration: around three months.
Handover
Once the house is built we let you know it is ready. The quality handover takes place in person at our site in Bialystok, or remotely through photographs. After your approval and the final payment we arrange transport.
Transport
The finished house leaves the hall. Our team secures it inside and out, then it is loaded for an oversize night run. The hauliers hold the permits, the insurance and the full set of documents.

A crane with a spreader beam is needed at the unloading point for the Flat Floor version. The house is set down on adjustable supports or a foundation, the utilities are connected, and it is ready to live in.
Overall schedule
Total time from order to finished house: about 3.5-4 months. We stay in touch throughout.
