Electrics, plumbing and drainage — workmanship and watertightness.
Manufacturer warranty
Appliances and fittings
Washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, oven — on the manufacturer own terms.
5 years (or the equipment manufacturer warranty)
Heating and air conditioning
Underfloor heating, air conditioning, and any boilers or heat pumps fitted.
What we do
- A standard five-year warranty on structure, insulation and services
- An extension to fifteen years on the structure, available with the PREMIUM package
- The warranty covers travel costs for our service team within Poland
- Critical faults — water, power, heating — get a response within 24 hours
- The warranty transfers with the house if you sell it
Exclusions
- Mechanical damage caused by improper use
- Structural modifications made by the owner
- Normal wear of finishes such as panels and paintwork
- Damage from natural disasters — flood, fire, hurricane
- Damage caused while transporting or moving the house yourself
